The Children's Learning Center (CLC) is a modern space nested within an existing lifestyle center, just outside of San Diego, California, that will function as a preschool / daycare. AUDTT was commissioned as a design consultant to prepare a vision framework, space planning, value engineering, and code compliance review. Working on a tight budget, much of the existing MEP and structural systems were kept in-place and designed around. The result is an open ceiling plan that focuses on a social corridor and activity area.
